Highlights: Traditional look, rustic finish for flooring, combination of jalli and glass block to provide diffused light to the interior spaces
Story: A residence which is built on a very tight site where the daylight is carefully channelled through the house such that there is ample light but not much heat gain. This minimises both the amount of artificial lighting and mechanical ventilation usage. The jaali blocks were used to cool the building as they create the venture effect.
The facade was inspired from the folded edge of the paper which is achieved by usage of mesh and ferro cement
